About Us

Sunfish Valley Outdoors is located in south central Ohio and owns over 15,000 acres in Pike, Adams, Ross, Scioto, and Highland County. The majority of the property we are currently using is in western Pike County and Adams County. We are based in the small town of Latham, OH and are a family-owned business that began in 2007.

Our property is located in the area of Ohio known as the Fertile Crescent, where the western edge of the Appalachian Mountain joins the mid-west plains. Most of our property is big woods with crop fields and food plots. Our property is 75% hardwoods and 25% agriculture.
